Ex-military buddies John Ceallach and Chad Higginbotham arrive in Adams, Tennessee to begin their investigation into the Bell Witch Curse, of which John is a direct descendant. The 200 year-old spell affects the first-born males in his family’s bloodline and John’s only son Chris is next in line. The investigation begins where the curse started; at the Bell Homestead. Soon all signs point John and Chad towards Kate Batts, an eccentric woman who may have been the witch that placed the curse on his family. Kate’s gravesite is supposedly haunted so John and Chad decide to investigate it at night and what they find leaves them with more questions than answers.
John and Chad dig further into the Bell Witch Curse, consulting with a local witch and utilizing thermal imaging cameras near Kate's wooded gravesite.
John and Chad use a witch's amulet to trigger strange responses at John Bell's grave. Later: a surprising situation surfaces in the woods and a they focus on a new victim and possible suspect.
John and Chad visit a shaman who tells of an evil entity in the Bell Witch Cave and Nick White, John and Chad try to cleanse the original homestead.
John and Chad take the advice of a Native American Shaman and make an offering to cleanse the land and break the curse. The townspeople of Adams, TN gather to witness.
