    Following the game traders who capture wild animals in South Africa's nature reserves, and sleep rough under the stars as they move across the plains from job to job. Professional wrangler Jacques, business partner Mark, and their team of 35 hunters, are given the task of clearing a decommissioned park of as many animals as possible, starting with a herd of 10 buffalo.

    At the Akrotiri Peninsula in Cyprus, nine fighter pilots take part in a five-month training course to gain entry to the elite Red Arrows aerobatics display team. In the 44-year history of the squadron, there have been six deaths, and the dangerous nature of the job means potential members must be experienced RAF pilots with at least 1,500 flying hours, as the Hawk jets they will be flying reach speeds of more than 400mph, and often fly only 4ft apart.

    The demands of working for one of America's biggest commercial diving companies, US Underwater Services. The work involves cleaning and repairing water towers, sewerage systems and offshore oil rigs, and brings with it a variety of dangers, including the risk of internal injuries such as embolisms, thrombosis and decompression sickness. New trainee 19-year-old Matt Donaldson is given his first job of inspecting a 130ft water tower for cracks.

    An insight into the lives of construction workers building turbines at one of America's biggest wind farms in Montana. The 200-strong crew have 8 weeks to erect 70 structures and must learn the site's strict safety regime as they deal with massive machinery and terrifying heights. Crane operator Keith Miles lifts a section that weighs as much as 7 double-decker buses, and new staff member Oscar Scott faces a test of nerves as he works 260ft in the air, where strong winds make it difficult to stand.

    The loggers on Vancouver Island on the West Coast of British Columbia have their work cut out with a 12,000 square miles swath of land full of towering trees. These 'West Coast Fallers' have a 3 million dollar contract, but with the weather delaying their schedule back for months, can they perform the task in the time required?
