大阪・船場の資産家令嬢、重子（吉岡里帆）と松子（中村ゆり）は、まるで月と太陽のように対照的な姉妹。明るく華やかな松子に対し、重子は楚々(そそ)として控えめ。だが、重子は気づいていた。自らの心の内に、怪物のような自分がいることを。 昭和２年。重子と松子は、ある男と出会う。それは官能的な小説を書く「危険な男」、谷崎潤一郎（オダギリジョー）であった。ダンスホールで谷崎と踊ることになる姉妹。そこで、重子は確信してしまう。 「この世でただ一人、この人だけは、本当の私を見抜いてくれる」と―。
