Clifton and Caroline have seven children and in an effort to help makes ends meet, Clifton built a hair salon for Caroline in the house. The trouble is Clifton is clueless when it comes to home renovation. The walls are warped, the shampoo sinks leak, there are live wires hanging from the ceiling and everything is running at a snails pace because Clifton will only use hand tools - Caroline his wife wants Clifton to trust Bryan and let him show him how to finally use the power tools and get the job done. After a year of promising a hair salon in the basement to help provide for her seven kids, Caroline is ready to set the house on fire.
