Wilhelmina will unbedingt Dorothys kleinen Hund Toto als Haustier haben. Während Dorothy für Königin Ozma ein paar Besorgungen macht, schnappen sich die Affen den Hund und bringen ihn der bösen Hexe. Anfangs ist Toto wenig begeistert von seiner neuen Besitzerin, doch die verzaubert kurzerhand sein Halsband. Dorothy muss nicht nur ihren Hund retten, sondern auch beweisen, dass Liebe stärker ist als Zauberei.
Wilhelmina wants a pet and while Dorothy is busy on an errand, the Monkeys snatch Toto and take him to her. She has a hard time winning Toto's affection so she enchants his collar.
