Aoba und Koujaku begeben sich ins Zentrum von Platinum Jail und stellen fest, dass die Dinge nicht so sind, wie es den Anschein erweckt. Während sie Informationen sammeln, rennt Koujaku plötzlich los als ob er etwas jagen würde. Aoba geht in den Club und verliert das Bewusstsein. Als er wieder zu sich kommt, sieht er einen geheimnisvollen Mann in einem blauen Kimono vor sich...
Aoba and Koujaku meet each other at the entrance of Platinum Jail, and the former scolds the latter for going off on his own. Once they enter Platinum Jail, Toue makes a live announcement that a special event will be held for Platinum Jail's 10th anniversary while Aoba notices the crowd's dazed expressions before the announcement is concluded. Later, Koujaku spots a man, Ryuho, entering a club and anxiously chases after him with Aoba following behind. While looking for Koujaku in the crowd, Aoba faints from the club's drug lights and collapses against Ryuho. When Aoba awakens in Ryuho's room, Ryuho reveals to him that he is a tattoo artist and saw Aoba once before, and could sense he was different from others. Ryuho expresses his intentions to forcefully tattoo Aoba's back in order to see what "flowers" would bloom, but a furious Koujaku intervenes.
Direction la Platinum Jail, où Aoba compte bien mettre un terme aux méfaits de Tôe ! Kôjaku, ayant aussi reçu une invitation, refuse de le laisser partir seul et l’accompagne. Rapidement, ils tombent sur un tatoueur étroitement lié à son passé…
يتمكّن (آوبا) و(كوجاكو) من الولوج إلى "بلاتينوم جايل" ثمّ يدركان بأنّ الأمور ليست كما تبدو عليه تمامًا. بينما يحاولان الحصول على معلومات يشرع (كوجاكو) فجأة في الركض وكأنه يطارد شيئًا ما، يدخل (آوبا) إلى نادٍ حيث يفقد وعيه وعندما يستيقظ يجب أمامه رجلا غامضًا يرتدي كيمونو أزرق.
