Previously on E-Street:- Constable Paul lost his wife Sarah who got murdered and has since decided to move into the pub. Sargeant George currently seeing Martha has had to cope with the arrival of his daughter Alice but she has since settled in by workingand living at the pub but Alice isn't happy that Paul is moving in as they have never been able to get along. Megan lost her baby that wasn't Chris' and is worried that Chris won't love her anymore because of the baby. Toni's giving David a hard tiem and he tell sher she is going to stay with her grandmother for a while but on the journey the car gets bogged. Lisa prepares to leave Westside with Wheel sburt when Ernie returns from his holiday he announces Lisa the new Bar Manager... BREAKING POINT--- Ernie begins acting mysteriously whena sked about his holiday. Fially George gets out of him that he met a woman and she is intending on living with him in a months' time. Alice still whines about Paul and they still don't get along
Harley gets a job at the Pub with Lisa & Alice but eventually he falters and quits. He reveals to Bob that he's adopted and Bob tells him he'll help him find his parents. Jennifer & David attempt to teach Ernie how to be upperstandard in his bid to impress the incoming Abby Rossiter. The kids revolt against Daniel & Elly and after talking to Martha, Daniel may just ask Elly to marry him. Meanwhile, Megan & Chris just can't seem to get things right. During the episode they fight, she apolgoises their fine, then the reversal occurs and he leaves just as she's about to sort it out by saying she loves him. She goes to sort things out at the pub but sees him flirting with Lisa and hurriedly leaves the pub.
Paul & Alice begin to like each other a bit more, Lisa throws her weight around as a boss not realising that she's being too hard on Alice...the only real staffmember in her control. Bob holds up on his bargain to find out Harley's real parents using Elly to try and use the hospital but to no avail. Daniel proposes to Elly via a flying helicopter after he tries severeal times only to be thwarted by her life. Ernie panics when Abby tells him that she's arriving that night (a month early)! When she arrives she's not what everyone expects, Black, tall, middleaged and beautiful. Martha tracks down Harley's mother and sends her to bob but bob's hiding a secret of his own. When he takes Harley to see his mum, Anna, he discovers that she's catatonic and runs away. Megan sees Chris and Lisa together after walking up to him to try and sort thing sout and runs back home. Martha makes him realise that heloves her but when he gets home, she's overdosed on sleeping pills...Bob breaks down outside

One can only assume it fleshed out the story of Harley & Bob maybe he told him and also i can only assume it was something about the marriage of Elly & Daniel + The story of Abby & Ernie?
Abby's hiding a secret but in the meantime is renovating Ernie's room at the hotel. Chris stays by Megan's side (she's in a coma thanx to the suicide attempt) but she eventually wakes up in an awkward state. Alice harbours Harley in her room whilst he tries to forgive Bob but eventually George & Ernie bust them and throw Alice & Harley out. Lisa offers alice a place to live with her as Lisa's received a mysterious letter that seems bad. Elly accepts Daniel's proposal even after being hunted by everyone to gain an answer. Claire & Tom organise a surprise engagement party in which Elly finally tells the guests that she says Yes. Meanwhile Bob isn't at the party he is sitting at home for dinner when Harley walks in. They agree to try and Harley agrees to stay. Bob thanks God.
Abbey believes that the mob is after her and makes Alice keep it a secret..>Yeah right. She tells Lisa and they get freaked out by a guy that turns out to be a mortician. Harley finally begins to accept Bob. Begins being the key word. he convinces Bob to take care of Anne, harley's mum. Nothing much else happens in this episode except for the ending. When Harley visits Anne, Martha who is looking after Anne gets upset and locks Harley in the room with Anne. She sets the house on fire As Bob arrives to find Harley...Will he save them?
Alice becomes Horror mad after watching a movie with Lisa. They become entangled with Paul over moving Alice's room around and they scare each other senseless until Gordon arrives and sorts it out. Chris is fined $1000 and has his license suspended over the drunk driving incident (?). after Ernie tells him off for asking for the money Abbey gives Chris the money in exchange for his silence. Megan talks to Chris' boss and he allows Chris to work from home & that he won't tell Megan's dad. Daniel gets drunk at David's place and accidentally walks in on Jennifer naked! Tom runs away with Harley to go and visit Toni leaving Claire the message to tell Elly. Elly wonders where Daniel's gone off to. Martha visits Jennifer only to discover her in a towel and Daniel half naked!!!
THE NEXT DAY Alice & Lisa decide to throw a party at their apartment as a house warming. They invite everyone. Harley & Tom arrive to meet up with Toni who is ecstatic to see them. Daniel discovers Tom's disappearance from Claire and sends Bob to collect them...Harley & Toni appear to be forming a romance as Harley softens to Bob. Tom appreciates watching his sister again. Bob finally arrives and sorts things out with Harley by giving him his mother's chain and discussing how his name came about. They finally manage to bond. Toni asks to return home and finally returns home. Meanwhile at the party, David becomes jealous of Daniels' increasing closenss to Jennifer which Martha is glaringly aware of but Elly has no idea. Jennifer continues to flirt with Daniel especially when it is discovered that Daniels appearance at David's apartment is just a ploy to see Jennifer as Daniel obviously knew David wasn't going to be there. Well Well Well. I knew i hated Daniel for a reason. Anyway in the meantime, Abbey & Alice are chased in their car by another car of the presumed hitman chasing Abbey. They drive back to Alice's place where they inform Ernie, Lisa & Paul of the events that have unfolded. Ernie realises that the story is serious and that Abbey is in danger. Elly, David & Claire perform a play that Tom is missing out on for the sake of his chemotherapy. This makes him happy. Martha is worried about Megans increased instability especially when her new found dog goes missing. THis causes Chris to lose his temper and break her credit card. She slaps him and he is faced with the dilemma of what to do. Bob finally lets rip at Daniel about leavin ghim all the responsibility of taking care of his son. He flies off the handle at hte entire pub saying that they should give Him & Harley a chance and that Daniel should take care of his own family instead of leaving it in everyone's care. Elly & Martha finally realise that Megan has a mental disorder, Megan has a spackattack in the pub saying a-lot of nasty things abotu the people around her. Ernie discovers the money that abbey paid chris. He tells chris to not do it again. The guy hunting Abbey has returned and he plans to take her out at teh concert when she performs. David gets angry at Jennifer & daniel. Daniel acts weird and temporarily breaks it off with Elly. Harley & Toni decide to continue seeing each other.
Harley & Toni continue seeing each other again & again lol. The car gets stolen however but they retrieve it. It is revealed that the guy chasing abbey is in fact her lawyer giving her a tonne of money. Martha says to George that she's worried Abbey will leave now she's not in trouble. At the same time Ernie's Aunty Vi arrives. (New cast member). Daniel continues his affair with Jennifer. david goes to tell Elly but she tells him grumpily about how they split up. Chris finally agrees to send Megan to the mental institution. (AT LONG FREAKIN' LAST!!!)
Aunty Vi makes her mark on the entire E-Street Cast in this episode. Daniel doesn't quite break things off with jennifer but when they discover that Tom has gone out of remission and may just die, he begs Elly to come back to him. They reunite. (Wait till David Finds out!) Vi makes a number of bitter diatribes at Abbey who is getting truly hurt & upset by her lack of acceptance. Ernie tells Vi to deal with it or go away. Chris finally has Megan scheduled which provides the most memorablely dramatic moment thus far when she leaves saying ""I thought you loved me!"" leaving Chris in tears in the opening hallway. Vi also has a go at Alice's clothing, Lisa deals with the memory of Wheels and the usual E-Street grind (yes Harley & Toni are still going at it but Bob knows now...)
A Rather lacklustre episode. Aunty Vi pushes Abbey's buttons to the point where Chris has to point out to Ernie that he should've stuck up for Abbey ages ago. Alice tries to get Paul's romantic attention but her attempt fails due to his attention to her cassette recorder. Harley & Toni go out for the night but accidentally fall asleep on the beach & Are horrified to learn its morning and how much trouble they'll be in. (Especially when Harley ahd to have the car back by 8pm tha tnight so Bob could drop blankets down to the women's shelter). David tells Martha about Daniel's affair with Jennifer but Martha flies off the handle telling him its sour graps and that he's lying. Elly remains obvlivious especially when Jennifer turns up at the pub with a gift for Tom. Daniel flirts but Elly doesn't notice. And Daniel discovers tom's diary where he talks about being beaten up and how he's afraid he'll never beat the demon inside of him. & Finally Chris finally goes to visit Megan (after whin

Sorry about the delay but this episode was what i had been waiting for. Toni & Harley broke up after Toni announced she was leaving for Paris with her family, Daniel finally got his comeuppance when Elly discovered his affair from a tricked Jennifer, he promptly dumped jen in retaliation but not after Bob overheard them arguing about it. Claire spent the day with George & Paul whilst paul spent the day trying to hide from alice who had convinced Lisa to cofess Her (alice's) love for him. She wrote a song for him and sang it but he toldher he couldn't love her back. He left her heartbroken. On a ligher note, Aunty Vi still hates Abbey sabotaging her Mexican lunch day by emptying a whole entire bottle of chilli in the dish causing the bistro to lose money and the bar doubling in amount due to the chilli. And on a happy note Megan came out of the hospital all recoveredand things are looking up for the pair with Chris paying Abbey back for the money she lent them.
Toni arrives to say goodbye to Harley and they have a touching goodbye. Megan & Chris enjoy married life and they catch a fish. They take it to the pub where Abbey & Vi challenge each other to a beer batter contest. Neither wins as they ultimately can't tell the difference! Chris & megan return home to be told by Ernie that Megan's mum is returning home furious that Chris had her daughter committed. Jennifer suffers the affair in many ways as she is told to leave the pub whilst she tries to eat dinner, she is branded an outcast and Bob is less than supportive however towards the end he offers support but its too little too late. After leaving a letter behind for Daniel, Jennifer drives away to a job in Sydney offered by her Father. Elly feels guilty about not going to Switzerland wiht the family but can't handle being around Daniel. She especially wants to see Tom but Claire handles it all really well and even David makes a warm visit. Elly tells Daniel that she will fake being nice at
Abbey & Vi finally become friends over a card game that Abbey tricks Viinto thinking that she doesn't know how to pay. Abbey of course kicks Vi's butt and after Vi admits that she will pay Abbey the 2000 she owes her for losing the game, Abbey compromises into splitting for a new dishwasher. Lisa gets a job as a receptionist and Alice finally speaks to her sorting out their differences. Megan's mum finally arrives and lays down the law: either MEgan goes back to Europe iwth her parents leaving Chris or they will take away all tehir support including the house and job. Toni decides not to go with Daniel and at the last minute relents on her hatred and they tearfully make up. Toni agrees to stay with Elly and share with Claire. The kids still don't know about Daniels affair. David welcomes Elly home from the airport iwth a cooked dinner. Elly asks him to stay making Claire happy. After David announces to Bob that Jennifer has definitley left Westside, Bob decides to give the room to Harl
A fairly dull episode. Chris & Megan stress about the parents infamous proposal either Megan goes with them or they both lose everything. In Chris' bid to prove them wrong he tracks down a rich potential buyer and after intial turmoil brings the deal to fruition creating a celebratory mood on the Bromley/Patchett household. For now... After a series of mishaps including lost foreign notes & sex put out over the bar with large speakers, Abbey & Vi fight for manageer now that Lisa has gone (With Ernie ingoring her every step of the way) including Vi not giving her share of the money for the dishwasher. Instead, Ernie announces that hes sick of it. .. Alice is the new manager! George & Paul get the day off and stay at home and have to get rid of a bird, Paul realises that George can't kill animals meanwhile whilst he's pulling George's leg (figuratively speaking) he falls outta the roof...but is okay. David & Bob try to get Elly out of her mood and David succueeds quashing bobs feelings.
Chris gets fired from his job, Lisa discovers that the famous and rich sturgess' who run the Advocate that she works for want to re-construct their company firing everyone except her although she hasn't realised that yet. Chris decides to sue the Bromleys without telling Megan yet. Alice lets the manager power go to her head causing Vi & Abbey to join forces once again but instead only cause Ernie to lose it with them. He takes back Alice's promotion and instead says that Abbey runs the bistro & Vi & Alice run the bar...together. The bar claps at Ernie's new stance. However Paul collapses in his lunch at the bistro due to not seieng anyone about the roof accident. He is taken to hospital but is okay even though he milks his injuries to Alice to make her forgive him and they are friends again. The friend that Harley calls is actually Reverend Jack Waterford, the great Jimmy's predecessor but he 2 is old and slightly decaying. He tries to get Bob to tell him the truth but Bob remains coy eventually yelling that he just doesnt' want to be a priest anymore. Harley tries to be a Counsellor for the day but ends up getting his face punched when a wife he counsels tries to hit on him infront of her jealous husband. Toni helps him and a slight spark ignites. Elly & David begin to get close. George refuses to tell Martha about Sonny. Paul & Kimberley bump into each other and an attraction forms right in front of Alice who gets jealous immediately. Lisa has to keep her being fired a secret as everyone congratulates her forcing her to plead to Kimberley but to no avail. George asks Lisa to keep track of Sonny for him but she yells at him to back off and give Sonny a chance. He deserves it. George reveals that Sonny threatened to get his revenge on him for putting him away after the bun
Sonny realises he has to adjust to the real world but can he really be trusted? At first he allows us to believe so by handing Alice her lost money back...but after seeing the way he looked at George, how long can we believe that that will last? Lisa gets promoted by the new editor, Kimberley to be a reporter...its just those 2 working in the office! And Kimberley catches the eye of Paul yet again whilst being hit on by Harley. Harley and Toni fight again but this time Vi steps in and tells Harley to be a man and stand up for what he wants, hence the fight. She then tells him that maybe he should find a common ground. Bob is finally dealt his equal hand back by Rev. Jack...He can be a priest and Love ELLY at the same time!!! The Next Day... Lisa decides to stay home and write her story but also to try and rebond with Sonny. It is revealed to be a Saturday. Chris & Megan decide to go camping for the day. Well, err Chris decides anyway and after a few misadventures, they stay in the tent in the rain and muck around. However an uninvited guest sneaks in through a hole in the front. Ernie still (For some unknown reason) continues to hide his hurnia from Abby. Coaxed accidentally by Aunty Vi, she believes that Ernie is having an affair wtih Martha! Bob returns and is alot happier than when he left sort of freaking harley out a bit. Harley has his own dramas with Toni and after a boring series of chats (And meeting Janine) realises he wasn't invited to Toni's school dance and never was going to have it mentoined to him and flirts with Janine. Toni gets jealous but doesn't admit it and they have ANOTHER Fight and Toni storms out leaving Harley believing he was right. Bob tries to tell Elly he loves her but she wh
Lisa apologises to Sonny about before and they discuss seeing their mother. Lisa decides to write an article about prisoners and illiteracy with Kim approves of. Meanwhile at the pub, an old man whom everyone believes is a drunk, gets sick and it is eventually revelaed he has a form of Asbestos poisoning from his days at working at a factory. Kim feels slightly guilty of her ignorance but vows to follow up the mans life after he dies when he eventually gets to hospital. After a few misunderstandings, Abbey & Ernie make up after he tells her. She vows war on Vi who had, of course engineered her false thoughts. On camp, Chris wakes up unable to move and after an hour of running about, Megan realises that Chris is in danger as she had just thought he was being a sleephead. They form a team and eventually he is saved and she kills (the rather fake) snake. Bob tries one last time to woo Elly but she doesn't notice him as they are interrupted by David once again. Sonny apparantly didn't return home til 4am. Ernie goes in for surgery, Chris & Megan return home to Megan being slightly insecure about Patch missing & the house being up for auction. Elly arranges for Toni to take Jack Barrett to the dance at first she is upset but then realises that Jack is the popular guy at school! After having a to & fro session about the newspaper article, Kim, Martha & Lisa finally win with the factory company backing down and giving compensation to everyone & enough money to encourage readership. but just as happiness prevails Kim receives a phone call saying that they have been closed down again, the Newbridge Paper will take over! Chris & Megan's house is going up for auction today and before he went into Hospital, Ernie gave them permission to decorate their room to take her mind off things. Abbey offers to help and so upsetting Vi who runs to Ernie every chance manipulating him into thinking that there are horrible messes going on everywhere, especially when Chris accidentally causes a 30 second blackout. Megan is depressed however still but is happy that they can start a new life together. Alice comes up with the idea of ruining the auction by dropping nasty rumours which ends up failing when it is revealed that Paul is a bidder for the house! This upsets Alice & Megan. Toni has her school dance adn Justin picks her up and there is some chemistry but by the end of the night, Toni has been turned off by Justin (who is more wooden in the acting than the child actors who played Claire & Simon Windsor!) as he is boring, pretentious and extremely interested in one subject, himself. Max makes an impression on the citizens, mainly by annoying the hell out of them and generally not being community minded. It is also revealed that Paul bought the house for Chris & Megan by proxy with Chris' money from the settlement so they own the house again! David is sick of smart women (See previous episode) and takes out Sonya but she proves to be smart and dumps him in front of Elly & Martha. She leaves behind her handbag and David grabs it and walks out. Harley goes beserk about Justin not understanding the circumstances. Harley is suspected for the mugging of Vi as a few more occur throughout E-Street. Harley says that he borrowed money from a loan shark and bob ultimately believes him, telling Sonny that as well believing Sonny has changed. He & Alice kiss in order to give her writing inspiration. He flirts a bit with Kim but she returns to flirting with Paul. Chris discovers his ex realestate friend was fired by Megan's Dad after he discovered Chris' friends deception. They suddenlyagree to go into business together. Vi discovers that it was a young girl (Who looks like a boy to me but then again it was the early 90's when they were coming out of their 80s phase into the...hang on it never left til 95 at least!) she never discovered that Harley was the prime suspect. She finally breaks down in front of Abbey telling her to not leave her. Max gets himself into more trouble and David finally picks up a nice girl who's relatively ditzy but with enough brain power. Believe it or not she is still hanging
David continues his escapades with Leigh, even so far as to her moving in with him already! He gets easily jealous when she shows interest in Bob but she reveals it to be merely admiration. After Elly & Martha try to intervene, David rings Elly up in the middle of the night and tells her he is going to ask her to marry him! Elly is gobsmacked. Toni forgives Harley and Alice forgives Sonny and they both arrange dates. Although Toni is horrified to discover that Harley has agreed to do a double date. Vi won't admit that she is upset. She pretends to be sick but Elly diagnoses it as a fear of being old and being vulnerable. Bob convinces her that it is in the mind and she returns to work but at the end of the night, a drunken bum threatens her life after she tries to remove him. Max, on hand, eradicates the gentleman but Vi was shaken again. Chris & Pete agree to go into business together but first they need a client to help make the transition. Eventually Sonny stops the car. He railroads Harley into leaving Alice & Toni behind. Sonny eventually convinces Alice that it was Harley's decision. He gets cornered in a pub by the loanshark that he borrowed money from. Sonny saves the day but we learn that it was his devising to gain Harley's turst so he can bring him down. Vi pretneds to be sick but when its revealed that Chris & Megan's new venture includes ripping up a duckpond, Vi, Claire & Toni band together and agree to fight them. Leigh dumps David after he confesses especially when he realises that Leigh is willing to read articles just to have a discussion with him about it. He feels guilty. Paul, Kim & Lisa run around all episode going on about articles but kim & paul kiss after a date whilst lisa returns home.
Vi celebrates Anzac Day a little too much and winds up getting in trouble with the law. After a philosophical argument with Alice she reveals how her true love was killed in the war and realises that she has to help Claire & Toni. Upon Sonny's insistence, Harley gets a tattoo with Toni written on it. Toni sees it and looks at it with disgust pushing Harley away. Lisa & Kim are at the unit when Sonny goes to the bathroom & snorts some coke but the batch appears to be bad and Sonny enters teh living room bleeding massively from the nose and collapses at Lisa & Kim's feet. Lisa stays at the hospital whilst Kim returns to the gang. Meanwhile Toni & Claire are busy trying to gain signatures for a petitition but Ernie won't take part it in or allow his pub to either due to him being Chris father. but on the other side Chris & Megan receive pressure from Damian to not just move the ducks but to get rid of them altogether. Otherwise he won't proceed with the deal. It all culminates with Elly
Everyone argues about the ducks & what Chris & Megan should do. Damian warns Kim about printing the article and Kim later gets told by her boss that if she prints the article the Advocate will close. Sonny refuses help at the hospital and returns swearing he's off drugs but the battle that he has begun is a bit more vicious than he intended. He meets Nick and sets him up for a fake deal at the top of a building and threatens nick with either taking the plunge off the top of the edge or sniffing the same bad batch that he was given. Everyone stays in jail for the day and upon release arrange to call politicians and everyone and use the Pub as their base. Chris is hurt by Ernie's helping of the anti-chris campaign. David is appalled that his daughter was allowed to spend the night in Jail but Elly puts him back in his place. Abbey offers Chris the money to help him out so long as he backs out of the deal. Megan & Chris have a fight over Chris refusing the offer and that he has never aske
Chris reveals that he doesn't know who killed the ducks but it wasn't him. He arrived shortly before the girls did .Eventually everyone believes him and after talking to Damien realise that he did it. Or at least paid for it to be done. Pete tells him to stick with the deal they need it. But Megan urges him to follow his heart and that to believe in fate as they'll be okay. (hehehe). E-Street discovers the poisoning was deliberate and Max is told by George that maybe he wouldn't be so lonely if he tried to bond with teh locals instead of enforcing Law. Max asks for an invite to the party. Harley allows it to be hosted in his room at the Rectory and that Bob isn't invited. He complies as long as after Harley drives Sonny to the CES (Jobsearch for all those who don't know)he does the gard
