    Ronald and Svetlana are being driven to Mexico by Ronald's advisor, Joe, to meet with El Presidente to discuss plans for a border wall. Once at the border, Ronald manages to offend a Mexican border official through his ignorance.

    Whilst driving through the Mexican desert our heroes run out of fuel. They ask three napping Mexicans for gas and end up offending them in the process. Finally, they approach a Mexican Salesman to ask for a loan and end up getting swindled by a redneck from Florida, who strikes a deal with Ronald, the self-proclaimed king of dealmakers.

    Our heroes finally arrive in the city. Ronald delivers an address to the public. After his terrible speech, Ronald is encouraged by Joe to mingle with the people. Much to the chagrin of all present, Ronald attempts to do just that. He fails to make himself appear approachable and personable, leaves the crowd with a closed-minded sign off that demonstrates his disdain for Mexico and it's people.

    Ronald and El Presidente meet for the first time and Ronald is clearly enamoured by El Presidente and his hair. They then have their meeting behind closed doors during which Ronald demonstrates his awful deal-making abilities and El Presidente leads him to believe that he will pay for the wall but is secretly planning something else; something far more sinister.

    After what appears to be a successful meeting for Ronald, he and El Presidente share a joint press conference which Stump derails. Stump is rushed to his limo amid a KFC scare and is kidnapped

    Ronald uncovers more about his new surroundings when former U.S. presidents Obama and Clinton appear in front of him. They are there to help him, just not in the fashion he might have hoped. Ronald then needs to bust out his acting chops to make his way to freedom.
