I wanted to take this week to dedicate a video to Kobe Bryant who wasn’t just a famous basketball player to me, he was an amazing and inspiring person to millions of people across the globe. There wasn't a lot of information on the internet about Kobe's diet. But I did come across a few articles from the nutritionists for the Los Angeles Lakers which I was able to develop into what a typical diet for Kobe, would look like!
