We got through quite a few batteries in my house and the new ones are always scattered around in various junk drawers or storage closets. I got fed up with always have to hunt for the batteries I needed so I designed and built this awesome battery dispenser. Now all our batteries are in one centralized location making them easy to find and to get the ones you need. Also, I incorporated a small cabinet for smaller batteries as well as the tools you inevitably need to open those pesky battery compartments. If you'd like to build this for yourself, I have plans available on my website. I hope you enjoy the video and, as always, thanks for watching! And YES... the battery trick at the end is real. When you oxidize the zinc in a battery through normal usage, it makes bridges between the particles and makes it more like a network of springs. That is what gives the battery its bounce.
