After Nozomu hears the confession of love from the Ichijō and Sakuratsuki twins, he doesn't know how to react to their feelings. Soon after he goes to the rock at the shrine which represents the "legend of the twins who loved the same man". He blames all that has occurred on the "Curse of the Twins". Then Miyabi-san notices Nozomu and lectures him on how he was just trying not to get hurt himself and blaming all this on everyone else's feelings. After realizing his mistake Nozomu chases after the Sakuratsuki twins who are on their way to finalize their transfer. Kenmochi who is driving the car doesn't stop for Nozomu. Finally after Nozomu's gets tossed off his bike Kenmochi stops the car. Nozomu starts begging Kenmochi to stop the transfer. Soon after all of the Sakuratsuki twins' classmates arrive and Kenmochi reconsiders. In the end the Sakuratsuki twins and Ichijō twins agrees to being rivals for Nozomu's love and the story ends with Nozomu thinking how great it was he came back to this town.
桜月姉妹が転校すると聞いてもなお望の気持ちはハッキリしない。みやびに自分の曖昧さがみんなを傷つけ、こうなったのも自分たちと同じ目にあわせようとする双子塚の祟りのせいだと話すが、逆に「真剣に思いを寄せてくれてる女の子たちから、祟りなんて言い訳して、逃げようとして！」といわれてしまう。そして、ちゃんと彼女たちと向き合い、いまできることをしなさいとも諭され、何かを決意した望は桜月姉妹のもとへと向かう。
その頃、桜月姉妹は剣持に連れられて転校の手続きをしにでかけるところだった。そこへ望が現れて２人が乗るリムジンを懸命に追いかけるのだが、剣持は無視したまま運転を続ける。車内では桜月姉妹が何度も「止めて」と訴えるが聞き入れてもらえない。そのとき自転車のチェーンが外れて望が宙に投げ出されるという事故が起きるが、それでもなお転校の取りやめを訴え続ける。剣持が転校に至った理由を話し始めると、駆け付けた一条姉妹から「勝手すぎる」と非難の声があがる。困惑する剣持になお意見する２人は、桜月姉妹とは友達だからこそ転校してほしくないとも訴えるのだった。 いつの間にか同級生たちも集まり、必死になって転校しないでほしいと訴える。
その姿に剣持は一通の手紙を懐から取り出し読み始める……。季節が過ぎ、3月末のある日。それぞれの進路も決まり一段落した頃に双林寺では祝賀会が開かれ、望がいままで出会った双子たちも集まって……。
Después de que Nozomu escucha la confesión de amor de los gemelos Ichijō y Sakuratsuki, él no sabe cómo reaccionar a sus sentimientos. Poco después se dirige a la roca en el santuario que representa la "leyenda de los gemelos que amaban al mismo hombre". Él culpa a todo lo que ha ocurrido en la "Curse of the Twins". Entonces Miyabi-san se da cuenta de que Nozomu y le da una lección sobre cómo estaba tratando de no lastimarse y culpar a los sentimientos de todos los demás. Después de darse cuenta de su error, Nozomu persigue a los gemelos Sakuratsuki que están en camino de finalizar su transferencia. Kenmochi, quien conduce el auto, no se detiene para Nozomu. Finalmente, después de que Nozomu es arrojado de su bicicleta, Kenmochi detiene el auto. Nozomu comienza a rogarle a Kenmochi que detenga la transferencia. Poco después de que todos los compañeros de clase de los gemelos Sakuratsuki lleguen y Kenmochi reconsidere.
