Baki, ilk kez Elif'i iş yerinde ziyaret eder ve varlığıyla istemeden de olsa çalışanları tedirgin eder. Elif bir hasta için ondan yardım istediğinde Baki kazara yaralanır. Baki, Elif ile konuşmaya çalışırken beceriksizce kullandığı ifadelerden dolayı bir yanlış anlaşılmaya yol açar.
Baki visits Elif at her workplace for the first time, unintentionally disturbing the employees with his presence. When Elif asks for his assistance with a patient, Baki gets accidentally injured in the process. As he tries to convey his thoughts to Elif, his clumsy wording leads to a misunderstanding between them.
