Promising he'll stay sober, A.J. asks Hannah to be his date for the Nurses' Ball but she explains that she may already have an escort for the evening. Meanwhile, keeping her own agenda secret, Carly coaxes Sonny to take her to the gala event and is disappointed when he suggests that it's too soon after the loss of their child. Nikolas orders Helena to keep her distance from his brother. Roy is forced to referee a shouting match between Felicia and Laura.
