Samantha and Jay throw both caution and money to the wind when they decide to convert a rundown country estate they inherited into a bed and breakfast – only to find it’s inhabited by the many opinionated spirits of deceased residents who now call it home.

Samantha et Jay, un jeune couple de New-Yorkais, héritent d’une grande maison de campagne. Mais lorsqu'ils entrent à l'intérieur, ils découvrent qu'elle tombe en ruine. De plus, ils l'ignorent encore, mais elle est habitée par les fantômes des anciens résidents qui vont tout faire pour les déloger. Lorsque Samantha tombe accidentellement dans les escaliers, elle se retrouve dans le coma. A son réveil, elle est capable de voir et d’entendre les fantômes...
