Hoping to sell the home to their friend who owns a wedding dress studio, Mina and Karen tailor the decor to match her taste and create a DIY project from wedding dress material. But when they find out their renovated house isn't up to code, there's a chance they won't be able to finish it on time and on budget.

For the design aesthetic, they go with an elegant, bohemian vibe by adding splashes of color to the interior and exterior.

They give it a rustic, schoolhouse style by adding grayish wood flooring and two amazing antique farmhouse sinks. From the very beginning, Mina and Karen run into issues with this little brick house and are forced to constantly adjust their budget. But when a problem leads to an order from the city, the women worry that they won't be able to finish the house before their budget runs out.

The home has beautiful woodwork, paneling and a majestic staircase, but tensions flare as the women have differing opinions on how to approach its design and style.

The big reveal is an emotional moment where the flowing tears confirm the house is, indeed, perfect.
