Nermin was born in a small town beyond the mountains running parallel to the Black Sea in the Inner Black Sea region. After moving to Rize with her family, she attended elementary and high school there, but in the dreams she always shared with her sister Nilgün, there was the desire to move to Istanbul, to become an Istanbulite.
