Judoh feiert sein erstes Fest seit 18 Jahren, das mit der Landung des Himmelsschiffs zusammenfällt. Ein Himmlischer namens Rhine wandert durch die Stadt und fordert Daisuke, J, Clair und Boma auf, nach ihm zu suchen, bevor die Himmlischen beschließen, Judoh endgültig auszuschalten.
Judoh is visited by the Celestials, a group of "protectors" who monitor the cities of the world since the last war and have the ability to shut them down if they are deemed uncivilized. During their visit they come under attack and get separated, forcing Daisuke to find the missing member before time runs out to renew Judoh's water and air supply.
Judoh es visitado por los Celestiales, un grupo de "protectores" que monitorean las ciudades del mundo desde la última guerra y tienen la capacidad de cerrarlas si se consideran incivilizadas.
