The home is crowned “The Toxic Townhouse†after a home inspection uncovers terrible toxic elements in the air and during the demo a dangerous pipe issue is found in the basement. Sherry buys an RV to prepare for her baby's arrival. Meanwhile the exterior of The City Barn is almost complete and as the unexpected structural issues are solved, the team makes another disturbing discovery while digging the new footing in the basement.
