Brad and Susie love their home in Texas, but trying to find some peace and serenity stateside is becoming impossible. After a visit to Panama, they've fallen in love with a remote area on the Pacific coast called Boca Chica. It's an endearing rural town, but thanks to a championship fishing competition, word is starting to get out. They know they've got to buy before prices start to rise, but Susie wants to live by the beach while Brad wants to be near a golf course.
