Adam, a tour drummer, and Nicki are so close with her parents, Caren and Carl, that they've decided to buy a house together. The challenge, each person has very specific needs: Adam wants a drum studio; Nicki wants a spacious master suite; Carl and Caren want an in-law suite. It's a tall order, even in a Nashville market flush with large homes.
