First, we head to Key Largo as Chad meets up with Captain Slate, who takes us on a diving trip and feeds sharks, eels and giant groupers. Sounds dangerous? The man feeds a barracuda names Psycho out of his mouth, we’re in good hands. Then it’s an experience of a scaly variety- a trip to one of Florida’s oldest alligator farms in St. Augustine and Chad jumps in the gator pit and learns that that’s not the sound of a car door slamming – Chomp! Don’t tell the gators, Chef Justin’s recipe this week is Citrus Glazed Gator ribs!
