James continues his trip around Northern Ireland with his old chef buddy Paul Rankin, where they're exploring the area around Lough Neagh, the biggest freshwater lake in the British Isles. On this latest foodie adventure, James and Paul discover a wasabi farm, a rarity outside of Japan, Paul visits an old friend - a local honey producer - while James cooks overlooking the dramatic backdrop of Slieve Gullion - the highest point in Armagh. The day comes to an end with a trip to Lough Neagh, where Paul takes to the skies in a microlight and James goes eel fishing with some of the locals. Finally, James uses his catch to rustle up some delicious fish cakes.
