ショウマたちはチームワークを発揮してグラニュートを倒し、攫われた人々を無事取り戻すことに成功する。 グラニュート界では、ジャルダック家が権力を振りかざし、ストマック社を支配下に置く。 その結果、リゼルがストマック社の社長に就任し、ランゴは社長の座を奪われ仕入れ担当に降格してしまう。 そんな中、絆斗とラキアは偶然同じとあるグラニュートの失踪事件にたどり着く。 なにかと馬が合わない2人は、なかなか同じ方向を向く事ができず、グラニュートを追い詰めようにもうまくいかず… 一方、リゼルは再び人間界に現れる。彼女の目的は一体？
Showing their teamwork, Shouma and his friends defeat Granute and successfully recover the kidnapped people. In the Granute world, the Jardak family wields power and takes control of Stomac Corporation. As a result, LiZEL becomes president of Stomac, while Rango is stripped of his position and demoted to purchasing. Meanwhile, Kizuna and Rakia happen to come across the same disappearance of a Granute. The two don't get along well, and are unable to pull together, so their efforts to corner Granute go unsuccessful... Meanwhile, LiZEL appears in the human world once again. What is her purpose?
