なんでも屋「はぴぱれ」では、人間界に残ったグラニュートたちに仕事を斡旋し、【人間とグラニュートの共存】は、少しずつ実現へと向かっているはずだった。
ある日絆斗は、街で出会った傷ついた少女たちとともに「狩藤医院」を訪ねた。
そこは、表立って病院へ行けない事情のある者たちを診ている怪しげな病院だったが、医師・狩藤の腕は確かだった。
治療を受けた少女たちの日常が気になり、ひそかに尾行すると、彼女たちのグループには、なんと、あのリゼルがいた。父・ボッカを亡くし人間界に残されたリゼルは、今では不良少女たちの用心棒のような存在となっているらしい。
さらに、グループの中にひとり、若い男性がいることが気になった絆斗は、今度は彼を探ることに。
男の正体は、グラニュートだった。闇菓子をふたたび流通させようとたくらんでいるようだ。
複雑な心境の絆斗を、胸の激痛が襲う。かつての改造手術が、彼の身体に著しく影響を及ぼしていた。

One day, Hanto visits the Karifuji Clinic with some injured girls he met. It's a shady hospital that treats those who cannot go to a regular hospital, but Dr. Karifuji's skills are undeniably reliable.
Curious about the lives of the girls undergoing treatment, he secretly follows them and finds Lizel among them. After losing her father and being left behind in the human world, she has become a psuedo bodyguard for delinquent girls. Hanto is also curious about the young man in the group and decides to look into him.
The man's true identity is a Granute who's plotting to get Dark Snacks back into circulation. Hanto, with mixed emotions, is hit with a sharp pain in his chest. The modification surgery he had undergone is taking a heavy toll on his body. Furthermore, Izik, a Granute who holds a grudge against Lizel's father, also appears!
