“横漂”失败的剧组统筹林笠为照顾外婆，回到浙江海岛接手濒临倒闭的“望海民宿”。在机缘巧合下，她接下了为文艺片导演顾远堪景的向导工作。两人从最初的理念不合到相互理解，最终携手共同创作，也在诗意的海岛风景中重拾了对生活和事业的热情，在返乡过程中重新发现家乡之美、实现人生价值。 海浪裹挟着心底的悸动，一次次漫过礁石，也漫过两颗逐渐靠近的心，一场关于海岛、梦想与心动的浪漫之旅正式开启。
