Kamakshi is entrusted with the responsibility of hunting down the international bootlegger, Furkin, known for smuggling the 'Virgin Mary' artifact from a museum in Paris. In the meanwhile, Interpol agent and Kamakshi's partner, Karoline, land in Pondicherry for a vacation.
Kamakshi plans to join Karoline for the mission but discovers that Karoline has been arrested by the police. Karoline soon gets released, albeit on the condition that she pairs up with Kamakshi to locate the Virgin Mary.
As part of the mission, Karoline manages to trap Old Monk, Furkin’s henchman. However, Kamakshi goofs up, and Old Monk manages to flee. Upset with the turn of events, Karoline and Kamakshi start resisting and hating working together.
After Kamakshi manages to find Old Monk and takes him for the interrogation, she shoots him by mistake. On the other hand, Vikram, Furkin’s new henchman, locates Karoline and Kamakshi and starts chasing them.
Karoline and Kamakshi escape from Furkin's men and reach a pub, where Kamakshi gets drunk. Soon, Furkin’s men too reach the pub. As the situation turns chaotic, a drunk Kamakshi shoots Furkin.
An angry Furkin’s gang tries every possible way to hunt down Karoline and Kamakshi. On the other hand, the secret agents reach a safe place, thanks to their secret informer.
Karoline and Kamakshi reach the hideout spot and unwind themselves, but not before the sniper finds out their hideout. In the meanwhile, Furkin learns about the secret informer and kills Devaraj.
The sniper shoots Vikram, and captures Karoline and Kamakshi. The Indo-French agents escape from the sniper but get caught in Kunjumohan’s search activity, and are taken to the police station only to be informed that the mission is complete. On the other hand, Furkin understands that Victoria is a traitor and kills her.
Karoline and Kamakshi escape from the cops and continue with their mission. They track Furkin’s location and seek Chidambaram’s help for additional force.
As the battle to recover the Virgin Mary continues in full swing, a high voltage fight takes place between Karoline, Kamakshi, and their teams against Furkin’s notorious gang. Who wins the battle?
