İki kızı ve annesiyle yaşayan Kıvılcım özel bir lisede müdürdür. Eşinden boşandıktan sonra ayaklarını üzerinde durmuş, kızlarını yetiştirmek için çok emek vermiştir. İnandığı doğrulara sıkı sıkıya bağlı, prensip sahibi bir kadındır. Büyük kızının üniversiteye başladığı ilk yıl erkek arkadaşı olmasını normal karşılar. Ancak kızı Doğa önce hamile olduğunu söyleyerek, sonra da kaçıp evlenerek Kıvılcım’ı büyük hayal kırıklığına uğratır. Kızının bu yaşta evlenmesi hele bir de çocuk doğuracak olması Kıvılcım açısından büyük hatadır. Bunu kızına da anlatır ancak Doğa gençliğinin verdiği cesaretle annesine karşı koyar. Kıvılcım, who lives with her two daughters and mother, is the principal of a private high school. After divorcing her husband, she stood on her own two feet and put in a lot of effort to raise her daughters. She is a woman of strong principles, tightly adhering to the truths she believes in. When her eldest daughter starts university, she views her having a boyfriend as normal. However, her daughter Doğa causes Kıvılcım great disappointment, first by saying she is pregnant, and then by running off and getting married. Her daughter getting married at this age, and especially having a child, is a big mistake from Kıvılcım's perspective. She tells her daughter this, but Doğa, with the boldness of youth, stands up to her mother. Kıvılcım is in a desperate situation, contemplating what to do, unaware of the real big shock that awaits her.
