(سهير) فتاة ثرية، ترفض الزواج لاعتقادها أن الكل يطمع في ثروتها، لذلك تقوم بنشر إعلان في الصحف عن رغبتها في الزواج من شاب فقير، فيتقدم لها (حمزة) الشاب المعدم، فتعجب به وتتزوجه، حتى تحدث مفاجأة تغير مجرى الأحداث.
