Fam et Giselle sont deux jeunes pirates du ciel volant dans leur vespa. Afin d'aider leur communauté, elles pillent des navires géants, aussi appelés des "baleines". Soudain, la Fédération Ades déclare la guerre au royaume de Turan. Alors que la Fédération tente de s'en prendre aux deux princesses du royaume, Milia et Liliana, Fam et Giselle proposent un marché : elles sauveront les princesses en échange de leur navire.
