人生總有烏陰天，但就算是烏陰天也會有好日子 為了逃避現實生活的不順遂，碧秋(方宥心飾)到了偏遠的精神療養中心工作，在那裡她對過去絕口不提，過度保護自己一度被冠上高冷的形象，但熱情的同事護理師吳姍姍(李劭婕飾)並沒有替碧秋貼上標籤，不斷的關心著碧秋，終於讓她打開了心房。 療養中心的工作與過去碧秋熟悉的業務完全不同，她屢次因為觀念不合，與醫師李天石(張雁名飾)發生衝突，好在護理長文郁(王琄飾)居中協調，並教碧秋以另一種方式看待醫療，漸漸的，碧秋融入了這個大家庭中，也在精神疾患與家屬面對的人生困境裡得到屬於自己的成長。 然而碧秋極力掩飾的過去如影隨形，具有暴力傾向的前男友郭得浩(巫宗翰飾)找到了療養中心，不僅打亂了碧秋平穩的生活，更讓現任網紅女友林莉(廖苡喬飾)以為碧秋要與自己搶人，決定要修理碧秋，來到療養中心投下震撼彈，引爆碧秋一直隱藏的秘密…
