Kirstie and Phil visit Manchester to hunt out two very different first homes for two young buyers new to the market. But the two searches are not as simple as they seem - neither buyer will be living in their new home alone, and both of them are promising to share the decision-making equally, even though they're each stumping up all of the funds.
