Sayid takes the lead in what should have been Shannon's episode and it produces mixed results. We will weigh the good and evil within the tortured Iraqi torturer and how his character wrestles with darkness throughout the series, as well as discuss the "fridging" of Shannon and other female characters (and why it matters). We will also unpack the awesome Sayid versus Locke confrontation at the heart of the episode, which is easily the best bit!
