Der Berliner Polizist Rolf L. „Lubi“ - als Teamführer ist er für den Drogen-Brennpunkt im Görlitzer Park verantwortlich. Keiner seiner Teammitglieder ahnt, dass der Drogenfahnder selbst kokainabhängig ist. Sorgsam kann Rolf L. sein Doppelleben aufrechterhalten, bis es nach einem Dienstunfall in Schieflage gerät. Schließlich stellt er sich in den Dienst eines internationalen Autoschieberrings. Dann kommt das LKA Berlin ihm auf die Schliche und er wird zu vier Jahren verurteilt.
