横須賀のとある高校。転校生の坂口美咲（今井絵理子）は、憧れの吹奏楽部に入部する。しかし、吹奏楽部は校歌すらまともに演奏できない惨状であった。そんな中、フルートを担当することになった美咲は、同じクラスの戸之塚優希（新垣仁絵）がサックスの名プレーヤーと知る。彼女を誘って、廃部の危機に晒された吹奏楽部を建て直そうとする美咲だが…。
