The Judges are introduced and the girls are selected. The show is meant to have 12 girls but since a set of twins are selected there are 13 girls. The girls are told to literally throw their old clothes away and shed their old image and attitude as they enter the world of modeling, high fashion and drama.
It's the fourth day and the girls are woken up at 6am to exercise by fitness instructor, Fitz Gayes. The girls are also given a makeover. To help to build their confidence, they are told to model in a life drawing session. The girls are split into two groups based on the result of the life drawing session. Those who failed are sent to a bikini shoot in the cold and those who did well are sent to a warmer location.
The girls have their first catwalk lesson and a competition to be judged by the judges, Ben De Lisi (designer) and Nadine Willis (supermodel). During the Lunch break a fight breaks out between two groups: Camilla and Jasmine versus Antoinette. Antoinette was angry that Camilla and Jasmine were bitching about Kate. Antoinette wins the catwalk competition she gets to pick some girls to go with her to a club.The next day, the girls also get to audition for parts in a music video and Joanna is chosen as the lead along with 6 other girls, the remaining 4 girls get to model for Topshop.

Antoinette and Jasmine kiss and make up - literally! The girls get to take acting classes before auditioning for a lead role in fake fur commercial. Emily is chosen for the lead role and Camilla gets a supporting role in a smaller part.

Emily ‘s diet gets put under the microscope and all the girls are worried for her because they think she is over doing it, Sam thinks she is ‘too malnutritioned'. The girls have two photo shoots, a TV interview and a Press conference.
