Jack is the brother of Victor, uncle of Damien and Eve. He's a vulgar serial killer trapped in the body of a wooden dummy. In the 1980s, a ventriloquist took the fall for a series of murders he committed. He delights in drinking, smoking weed, insulting and murdering people.
