Arousing Suspicion

Gerade als Michael glaubt, am Ziel seiner Wunschträume angekommen zu sein, weil er Robert als lästigen Nebenbuhler um Janes Liebe ausgeschaltet hat, macht Sydney ihm einen Strich durch die Rechnung. Als sie ihn bittet, sie bei ihrem anstehenden Gerichtsprozess wegen Prostitution zu unterstützen, lehnt er eiskalt ab. Sydney rächt sich, indem sie Jane die Wahrheit über Michaels Intrige erzählt. After Michael shuns her, Sydney tells Jane the truth about her involvement with prostitution and Michael's scheme against Robert. Jane blames herself for Sydney's problems, and throws Michael out. Sydney is acquitted because of an incompetent prosecution team. Jo is angry when Reed approaches Amanda as a potential investor in his charter boat service. Jake confronts Reed about his intentions toward the two women in his life. Billy wins a promotion, but learns that the job requires a move to New York. Matt is annoyed by the bizarre behavior of his new love interest. He learns that the man is a closeted Navy officer.

Sydney demande à Michael d'assister à son procès. Celui-ci refuse et se montre très méprisant. Sydney décide de se venger et raconte tout à Jane. Michael retourne auprès de Kimberley. Matt fait une nouvelle conquête, un lieutenant de l'armée. Alison et Billy hébergent Célia durant les travaux dans son appartement.
