The Mercenaries

Der Söldnerführer Colonel Krim scheint völlig verrückt geworden zu sein: In Afrika führt er auf eigene Rechnung äußerst brutale Raubzüge durch. Das Kobra-Team wird um Hilfe gebeten: Phelps und seine Leute sollen den Wahnsinnigen ausschalten und die Beute in das Camp der Söldner bringen. Daraufhin wird Rollin als Söldner eingeschleust, Phelps und Cinnamon besuchen als Missionare das Lager. Kein leichter Job, denn so einfach lässt sich Krim nicht aufs Glatteis führen.

The IMF must bring down Colonel Hans Krim, the head of a mercenary army who has a ton of loot in gold bars hidden away in an inaccessible enclave. Rollin enlists while Jim and Cinnamon pose as gunrunners with Willy and Barney hidden in their truck. Rollin fakes finding a cache of gold and is then tortured into revealing it. Krim "kills" Rollin and then coerces Jim into moving it without revealing the secret gold to his aides. Krim tells the guards to ignore the truck with what he believes his gold, unaware that Barney has melted the real gold belonging to the army, melted it down to remove it from the vault, and put in the truck. While Krim's suspicious aide Gruner kills him over the betrayal, Jim drives away with the gold and the hidden IMFers, immune to being searched because of Krim's last orders.

L'équipe de Jim Phelps est envoyée en Afrique Equatoriale, pour démanteler une armée de mercenaires qui menace la région. Commandés par le sanguinaire colonel Kim, ces soldats de fortune ont, à force de pillages, amassé un colossal trésor de guerre composé de lingots d'or. Jim Phelps et ses hommes espèrent récupérer ce butin pour le rendre à ses propriétaires. A cette fin, Rollin se fait passer pour un mercenaire en quête d'emploi et rejoint les troupes du colonel Kim. Jim et Cinnamon, se présentant comme des contrebandiers, approchent également le colonel. Le piège se referme autour du chef des mercenaires...

傭兵部隊の隊長クリムは、アフリカ新興国のためといいながら実際には略奪をくり返し、それを金塊に換え貯め込んでいた。クリムを破滅させよと指令を受けたIMFチームは、フェルプス（ピーター・グレイブス）らが彼の気を引く間に、バーニー（グレッグ・モリス）とウイリー（ピーター・ルーパス）が地下から金塊を盗むという計画を立てる。
