Nozaki stellt Chiyo Mikoshiba vor, der einer von Nozakis Freunden und sein Manga-Assistent ist. Mikoshiba agiert immer groß, aber Chiyo lernt seine verborgene Persönlichkeit kennen.
Nozaki introduces Sakura to his friend Mikoto Mikoshiba, a popular and flirtatious guy who Sakura soon learns is actually painfully shy and is often ashamed of his own words. He spends a session at Nozaki's place eagerly waiting for Sakura to ask him for help although he is too shy to prompt her. Sakura learns that Mikoshiba's artistic specialty is adding background decorations such as flowers, and she discovers that Mikoshiba is Nozaki's model for the heroine of his manga. Nozaki later asks Sakura if she has any friends who might fit in a shojo manga. Sakura introduces them to Yuzuki Seo, a girl who the guys discover has a habit of being insensitive and oblivious (not reading the atmosphere). However, she has an angelic singing voice, of which she is nicknamed the Glee Club's Lorelei.
野崎が心の中で「みこりん」と呼ぶアシスタントの御子柴実琴を紹介された千代。いったいどんな癒やし系が来るのかと思いきや、やってきたのは「みこりん」という響きからはほど遠いチャラチャラした男だった。挨拶もそこそこに千代に対して先輩アシスタントとして敬うようにと告げる御子柴。しかし、そんな御子柴には隠された一面があるのだった……。
노자키에게 소개 받은 ‘미코링’은 왠지 무서운 인상의 남자아이였다. 미코시바는 같이 어시스턴트를 하게 된 치요를 보고 괜히 거들먹거리는데... 그러나 치요는 얼마 후 미코시바의 안쓰러운 점을 발견하게 된다.
Sakura conoce a “Mikorin”, un extraño y coqueto chico quien colabora con Nozaki y que a su vez le sirve de inspiración para sus personajes. Cuando Nozaki le comenta a Sakura que necesita a otra persona más para inspirarse, le presenta a una de sus amigas, la alocada Yuzuki Seo.
真“女主”御子柴实琴闪亮登场，千代感受到前所未有的危机感。其实这位小御御是梅太郎的御用助手，他对于千代的出现感到非常不满。小御御平时喜欢招蜂引蝶，爱说羞耻台词事后又会觉得超级难为情，这种蹭的累性格让他在校园内超有人气。小御御很想在新人助手千代面前展现自己的前辈风采，用各种招数引诱千代向他请教，千代表示非常无奈。千代的告白之路上杀出小御御程咬金，革命尚未成功，千代仍需努力呀。
