Начальник колонии в глухой тайге Тимофей Назаров всё ещё мечтает вырваться в столицу — и снова делает ставку на кино. Но Николай Виденин вышел на свободу, и теперь Назаров переводит в свою колонию нового заключённого — известного московского режиссёра Матвея Селюжицкого, который получает кличку «Мотор» и начинает переснимать культовые голливудские боевики.
