Mr. Lucky is a suave but honest professional gambler who figures out how to operate a casino without breaking the law, by having it on a yacht moored in international waters outside the three-mile limit. The series was created by famed writer/director Blake Edwards, loosely based on the 1943 film starring Cary Grant, which was based on an original story "Bundles for Freedom" by Milton Holmes.
