Jean Cohen, who owns the lovely restaurants Bandol Sur Mer and 3 Minutes Sur Mer, and his carnivorous friends eat their way through Berlin—and through a lot of meat, namely blood sausage, foie gras, pork confit, deer a la bourguignon, pork belly, pork sandwiches, Texas-style ribs, pastrami, brisket, and bacon. And this was only devoured at two restaurants, Lamazere and Chicago Williams. Then, the night moved onto fish, starting with a deep discussion about Ariel (a.k.a. the little mermaid) while en route for a nightcup at Themroc, and ending with a huge ocean of bouillabaise back at 3 Minutes Sur Mer with the rest of his wasted friends that were still able to hold a spoon.
