In the first episode, buff-bodied Darren takes on his girlfriend Charlotte. Darren thinks he's got the muscles to win, but Charlotte reckons he's too cocky. Melvin also meets Matt and Rachel, childhood sweethearts who have stopped putting in the effort for each other and genuinely have no idea who is punching, and who's not.
