  • SPECIAL 0x1 Newstopia Bunning's Warehouse Commercials

    • February 25, 2015
    • SBS

Per Uploader to YouTube: Brian White. Newstopia was basically the Australian version of The Daily Show for the three short years it ran, but better. Far more depth and seriousness to the jokes, far more jokes per minute. Just brilliant, can't imagine why it was cancelled. This short video features every single fake commercial for Bunning's Warehouse as they appeared on the show, in chronological order, with season and episodes noted. All clips courtesy of SBS Australia, though even saying that is a bit charitable. They do not offer these archived videos on their website. They do not make them available for sale on DVD or through any streaming service. Even my best efforts cannot track down Season 2 episode 5. I have no idea if there is a Bunnings Warehouse pseudo-commercial in that episode, as it seems wholly lost to history. This is protected as Fair Use because I'm trying to preserve this content for posterity. It is NOT available for streaming or commercial DVD sale. I have tried desperately to purchase it myself on three continents without success. This content is dead without my extraordinary efforts to preserve it.
