東京・谷中にある弁当屋「よねすけ」で働く浅尾温子（橋本愛）。特許などに関する手続きをクライアントに代わって行う弁理士の岩城晃平（瀬戸康史）。2人は大学時代に出会って12年、長年同棲中で仲が良く、日々ともに食卓を囲み、互いの小さな変化にも気づける今の関係に満足した毎日を送っていた。 そんな中、晃平は同僚で弁理士の高野ゆう子（比嘉愛未）とたった一度、関係を持ってしまう。 人生の岐路に立つ3人。迷い、流され、意地を張り…たどり着いた「家族のかたち」とは……？
