Noah and Nelly in... SkylArk is a surreal British children’s animated series written by Grange Calveley and directed by Bob Godfrey. Originally broadcast on BBC1 in 1976, it follows the eccentric Captain Noah and his resourceful wife, Nelly. Sailing a double-ended longship to random locations on a blank map, they encounter bizarre problems. While their two-headed animal crew tries to help, Nelly always saves the day by knitting complex machinery out of a seemingly endless supply of wool.
