However, with one in three nurses leaving the post, there is a strain on the remaining nurse in Welsh hospitals. In a brand-new series, we will hear from the country's most experienced nurses and those who are new to the career about their experiences. This time, we visit Velindre Cancer Centre in Cardiff and Withybush Hospital, Haverfordwest, to see their good work.
