Jeff comes ashore in sunny Puerto Vallarta, Mexico where he dives the same vibrant coral reefs that were championed by Jacques Cousteau. Then, Jeff hits the water to learn the delicious local tradition of fresh fish tacos. Before returning to port, he helps a local biologist research some very special birds on a protected island.
