EPCOT is obviously the best Park at Walt Disney World. It's very obvious. In 2017 Bob Chapek took the stage to announce a ton of changes and overhauls coming to the permanent world's fair. The world has changed a lot since then, to put it lightly, and most of the plans proposed either ended up scrapped, shelved or changed.
