Françoise, a children's teacher from London, has been suffering for over 20 years with a large growth on the side of her face. Francoise travels to Serbia to have surgery with Dr. Ryan Osborne. Working in an unfamiliar setting, Dr. Osborne and his team must a way to safely remove her parotid tumor.
